Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a recurring (monthly) donation — a “subscription” — set up through the website operated by CENTER NULL (Null Project), a legal entity incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 481205, referred to here as “we”, “us” and “our”.
When you choose to Grow Your Own Forest, you start a recurring monthly donation that is charged automatically to your chosen payment method until you cancel it. This policy explains how to stop those recurring charges, when a cancellation takes effect, and how it relates to donations that have already been made.
This Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.
SECTION 1 – WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
This policy applies to recurring monthly donations (“subscriptions”) created through our website.
A one-time donation is not a subscription. Once a one-time donation has been processed it cannot be “cancelled”; any request to return funds is handled under our Refund Policy (see Section 22 of our Terms of Service).
SECTION 2 – YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME
You may cancel your recurring monthly donation at any time, for any reason. No reason is required, and there is no cancellation fee or penalty for stopping your support.
SECTION 3 – HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel in either of the following ways:
- Self-service: through the Manage Subscription page, using the email address associated with your subscription.
- By email: by writing to us at info@null-project.org from the email address you used to set up the subscription, asking us to cancel it. Please include any details that help us locate your subscription, such as the donor name, the approximate amount, and the date of the first charge.
We may need to verify that a request comes from the subscription holder before acting on it.
SECTION 4 – WHEN CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Once your cancellation has been processed, no further monthly charges will be made to your payment method.
If you cancel shortly before a scheduled charge date, a payment that is already in progress may still be completed; in that case the cancellation will apply from the following billing cycle. We aim to process self-service cancellations immediately, and email cancellation requests promptly — normally within a few business days of receiving them.
SECTION 5 – DONATIONS ALREADY MADE
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges only. It does not automatically refund donations that have already been collected.
Donations are voluntary contributions made in support of our mission and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where expressly provided in our Refund Policy. We may, at our discretion, consider a refund in limited cases such as a duplicate donation, a demonstrable payment-processing error, or a verified unauthorised transaction, subject to review and to any requirements imposed by our payment service providers.
SECTION 6 – CHANGING YOUR CONTRIBUTION INSTEAD OF CANCELLING
If you would like to keep supporting the project but at a different amount, you do not need to cancel. You can adjust your monthly contribution through the Manage Subscription page or by contacting us at info@null-project.org.
SECTION 7 – CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION BY US
We may pause, cancel, or decline to renew a recurring donation where a payment fails or is declined, where a payment method expires, or for any of the reasons set out in our Terms of Service (including legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, sanctions, security, or operational reasons). Where appropriate, we may attempt to contact you using the details associated with your subscription before doing so.
SECTION 8 – FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If a recurring payment cannot be collected, our payment service provider may automatically retry the charge in line with its standard process. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.

SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Cancellation Policy by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
